Following in my foot steps....

Today I crafted all day with Loreen from Wish on A Scrap. Right next to us were my 10 year old daughter and her 4 year old daughter crafting also. My daughter was itching to try a Tilda which she kept calling "Tishas" LOL. So I gave her an image and some copics and spica pens and this is what she came up with. I am so proud. She did such a fabulous color job. Tomorrow she will make her card with it and I will post her finished product then.

My card today is from a stamp that I bought from My Favorite Things. It is called Take a Break. I used the spotlight technique on it and I am real happy with the way it turned out. I wanted to do the spotlight technique for a bella challenge but for the life of me could not find a bella that I felt would do this technique justice like this stamp did.

I hope everyone has a Happy Healthy and Safe New Year!!!

I had the best time with you today! Your daughter's Tilda came out amazing =) The pic of your card is totally NOT doing it justice for what it looks like in person. LOVE everything that we made today =) Btw, my daughter had a fit before she went to bed bc I left her "glue" mural at your house (in the garbage lol). Cant wait to see you again soon!! XOXO

Your daugher's Tilda image is so great! She must take after her mom! Your spotlighted MFT card is lovely, I really like the colors and embossed back ground!

Have a Happy New Years!
