LPSC60

Monday Monday!!! That means another fantastic challenge from the Little Paper Shop. This weeks challenge, LPSC60 was issued to us in the form of a sketch from our very own, uber talented Allison. The sketch can be found here, along with some fantastic samples from the rest of the DT to stir your creative juices.

Now I have to be honest when saying that this sketch really kicked my butt. I just could not wrap my brain around the TRUE lines of the sketch so as you can see I just interpreted it for you today. I started with a scalloped circle of black cardstock and then added a scalloped circle of dp from Basic Grey and my background paper is Basic Grey also. The sentiment that I used today is from the newly released set called Everyday. I am LOVING this new set. Then I added some ribbon and a few black crystals that I bought at Michaels. If you get a chance to play along this week with the sketch and we certainly hope that you do, then you can be in the running for the stamp set, Topiary.

So I am in the final weeks before my sons Bar Mitzvah and I am all consumed with it as you can imagine and probably figured due to my lack of crafting and posting here on my blog. It just amazes me how many tiny details are going into the planning of this party. This is actually bigger than my own wedding!!!! So please bear with me and my absence. I so miss my crafting desk and I actually have a ton of new goodies to play with.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!! I hope you have a great day!!
