LPSC43 Color Challenge

We were issued a really fun color challenge today over at Little Paper Shop Blog from Julie. Real Red, Kraft and Soft Suede. I must admit that I was alittle scared of the combo when I first pulled my cardstock but after some careful thought I came up with this card which I really like.

I started by stamping the balloon image from the new set {I Heart} onto Choice Cream Cardstock and colored the basket with my copics. Then I paper pieced the heart balloon with paper from SU's Ski Slope. The rest of my dp is SU Parisianne Breeze Specialty. Brads and ribbon are SU also. I am really loving this color combo. What do you think? Want to play along and win a prize? The prize this week is Merry and Bright. Just upload your creation to SCS or PCP with keyword LPSC43 for a chance to win. Cant wait to see what you come up with!! Also dont forget to head over to the Little Paper Shop Blog and check out what the rest of the DT created for you this week.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great one!!
Ann

Beautiful card and colors, Ann! That would've thrown me off a bit, too, but you rocked it!! Love the layout!
