Hi Everyone. Thursday is finally here and we are counting down to Halloween. I just need to put the finishing touches on my daughters 80's Diva Costume aka Madonna although she does not realize this like I do. We are looking at some warmer weather for Saturday so Trick or Treating will not be uncomfortable. We will be going to two seperate sections of our town so the kids should have alot of fun!! Any one doing anything special for Halloween?
For todays card I used the SCS sketch challenge of the week SC252 with my Spread a Harvest of Hope stamp from MFT. The stamp made the image panel bigger than what it was supposed to be but I think it works well. I stamped my image onto Choice Buttercream Cardstock from Taylored Expressions and colored with my copics and then added some crystal stickles to the centers of the daisy type flower. My colored cardstock is all SU and my dp is SU Bella Birds. I did a bunch of sewing around my panels but please dont look too close because I did not have such a steady hand and then I finished my card off with a paper prima, button and some linen thread. My sentiment is also from MFT Hooga Booga Set.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. Have a fantastic day and I am getting used to a new Blog Hopping Schedule on my PC so I will be making my way around more often now until my laptop gets fixed.

Bunches of Thanks SC249
Here is my take on this weeks SCS sketch challenge. SC249. It is a great sketch this week and I just got in some new Flopsey stamps from MFT and they fit perfect with this sketch. My dp is from SU and Graphic 45. I used very vanilla and not quite navy cardstock and finished the card off with some very vanilla ribbon a blue button and some chocolate twine.
Thanks so much for taking a peek today. I am off to get ready for one of my weekly guilty pleasures....GREYS ANATOMY!!
Have a fantastic night.

SC246 You take the cake
Had a chance today to finish the card I made for this weeks SCS Sketch Challenge SC246.I used a set that I just got from Taylored Expressions called Sweet Celebrations. Such a cute set for birthdays. I stamped my image onto PTI White and colored with my copics. My dp is MFT Spring Pack. Cardstock is green galore and yoyo yellow and I finished my card off with some simple yet very shimmery Tiny Twinkles. Oh and I used my spots and dots cuttlebug folder (I think that is what it is called).
Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great day and for all my Jewish friends celebrating the New Year, l'shana tova!!

Sketch Challenge with Ketto
Wow I was a
ble to do the SCS sketch Challenge in the week that it was issued. A rare moment for me as that does not usually happen. I used a RAK image of a cute little Ketto from Stamping Bella. Her name is Rollanda Ketto and can be found over at Stamping Bella.
I know she was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and then I colored her with my copics and Sakura Gelly Roll Pen for some glitz to her wings. My dp is Razzleberry Lemonade from SU and my cardstock is Melon Mambo and Crushed Curry also from SU. I finished her off with some gold ribbon
and a few of Taylors Tiny Twinkles from Taylored Expressions. My new fav embellishment. They are so cute and tiny they fit everywhere!!
Thanks so much for stopping by. Hope you have a fantastic day.

A Challenge with Thanks!!
Hi All!! I made this card today for a duel purpose. To do the Sketch Challenge #231 over at SCS and I needed a thank you card that I could send in the mail. Well I saw the challenge and thought that it would be a simple enough card that I could just send it out but I just can't make a flat card. I started to and then just had to add the brads and ribbon. So off to the post office I will go to mail this out to my friend. For this card I used my MFT Bundles of Bouquets again. I just love this set. I stamped my image onto PTI Cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored it with my copics. My dp is Madeline from K & Company. The cardstock I used was Riding Hood Red, Baja Breeze and Kiwi Kiss. My border punches used were MS Arch Lattice and Fiskars. Ribbon is Baja Breeze and brads were in stash. Oh and my linen thread is from SU also.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Hope you are having a great night!!

Enjoy Life!
Hey Everyone!! I made this card using this weeks sketch over at SCS. SC226. My image today is from The Cats Pajamas. Now I just love this image because that one little birdie is just stepping out with her flowers and bows and having herself just a grand ol' time. Atleast this is how I interpret it today!! So what a better sentiment than "Enjoy Life" which I purchased from Stamping Bella. My cardstock is Bordering Blue and So Saffron. My image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto PTI Cardstock. Then the little bluish birds were watercolored with Bordering Blue and I colored the rest with my copics. My dp today is Bella....okay I forget whether it is Bella Birds or Bella Bleu. One of those Bella papers from SU. My ribbon is So Saffron and my baubles are also from Stamping Bella. Now onto some good news. I am still exercising 45 minutes a day and my diet is going very well. I do not have the strong cravings for food like I did in the beginning. Along with my 6lbs lost last week, I have lost ABOUT 2 more lbs so far this week. My official weigh in is on Mondays at Jenny Craig but I cant resist getting on my scale to check my progress!!
Thanks so much for stopping by to say Hi!! Hope you are having a fantastic day!!

Butterfly Butterfly fly away....

I made this card for Danni's Flutter by Wednesday. It is so much fun because everyone makes a beautiful fluttery Butterfly card and they are so beautiful to look at.
For this card I used Brocade Blue cardstock and ink and I stamped a new Butterfly that I bought from Inkadinkado. I embellished it with Crystal Stickles and my spica pen. The sentiment is SU.
My next card was made for todays sketch challenge over at SCS. SC212. I used some delicious paper from SEI Dill Blossom and my Pocket Silhouettes stamps. I embossed with my swiss dots folder and added a few skittles and then added the beautiful
butterfly in gold and brown that I found in the Wedding section of Michaels. What a great find. I love these butterflys. I got 12 of them for 2.99. What a steal!!!Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great night.
